We have used East Norfolk Plumbing & Heating Ltd to install new oil tank and off set supply steel pipe. From the moment providing us with an advise and the quote Kevin was very friendly and professional. Always responded on time and answered all the questions. During the completion his team Danny, Cam and Paul where professional, hard working and a pleasure to have around. Nothing was too much trouble and they are a credit to the company. They have completed the job on time, with high standard and left the place clean and tidy. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs reliable and trustworthy company.

So pleased with the service from all at East Norfolk Plumbing. After my elderly mum was let down and charged for half a job by another plumber they funished the job quickly and helped sort out other issues too. They arrived when they said they would and charges are in line with market rate.

Asked for a quote to fit a pressure release valve for a HRM Boiler,at 10 am on 30th June then chased on 4th July now called them today at 10 no reply on 6th July. Wow what a business!?

Heating system hiccupped before Xmas. Matt dropped in same day and couldn't find anything wrong. NO charges raised. Did the same again 2 weeks later, came in the next day and fitted new 3 port valve and boiler stat (which was faulty as well). Bill was fair and significantly below the estimate given. Fitted good quality parts.I don't know what more we could have asked for! Thank you guys!

Asked them in for a quote. Wanted it within 24 hours as I had another quote to consider. I was just laughed at. Heard nothing despite texting a reminder. Needless to say I went with the other option and was very glad I did.
