UPDATE: As you will see from the response of the company, instead of reaching out to resolve the concerns and issues raised, they have simply denied us ever having spoken. I think their response speaks volumes about the staff business as a whole. Avoid if you can!

REVIEW: I would never recommend this company to anyone. They do a lot of business for large developers, and I think have got used to work 'just rolling in'. As a result, they have no desire to be professional, courteous, helpful or even kind to individual homeowners and potential clients. Had to chase several times for a response, and was then dealt with in a very rude and unprofessional way. Avoid - plenty of better and more professional plumbers out there who value their customers.

UPDATE: The response from the owner is awful. Myself and my friend have both had such an awful time with this company. They installed heating systems in our new homes, but when the home owners wanting help and support, they treat us appallingly. The response below says it all!

I tried to use this business, but they were so rude on the phone - after they eventually returned my call. Will not give my money to a business like this. Absolutely shocking!
