I got in touch with Lee via his website and received a response within a hour of my enquiry. I needed a routine service on my boiler and he came round and completed the job at my convenience at a really competitive price. Would highly recommend Lee to anyone requiring a tradesman for Gas or Plumbing work. Would certainly use again in the future.

Lee's company competed a boiler service on our 18 year old boiler and we are happy it had a good service, fearing its time may be up.

But after a good service all is like new.

Lee explained all the tests and what he was doing to reinsure me that all was ok with the boiler.

Lee took over installing a new boiler for me when my booked engineer kept not turning up when he said he would. Lee was punctual, friendly and also went that extra mile for me to enable me to not have to replace the cupboard my old boiler sat in, this meant extra work for him but he just agreed and cracked on with it. I cant thank him enough. I would not hesitate using him again.

Just wanted to warn everyone about LEE from CRIPPS HEATING AND PLUMBING. He carried out a full bathroom refurbishment for us about 8/9 months ago now, but never finished the job. We were left without a bath panel, sealant touch ups that needed doing and the whole of the old bathroom to dispose of ourselves. These may seem like small jobs, but we paid over £1000 for the work (not including ANY of the suite/materials) and to not have it complete is upsetting. We had been in contact with Lee 2 months after the work (when he finally answered) and apparantly he was having surprise shoulder surgery. He said he would contact us when he had recovered, but we haven't heard from him since. He is ignoring all phone calls and has blocked all family members on facebook after reaching out to him. Lee had very good reviews and came recommended, however clearly is not as trustworthy as he seemed. It's unfortunate that this has happened to us, when it seems as though everyone else has had a good experience with him.
So please think twice before handing over your hard earned money to this man.
