Kingdom Heating

Nathan (Kingdom Heating) was absolutely brilliant! Not only a great job, but a high quality one, giving us a much better solution for our new boiler than the other quotes! We had a boiler fitted in our hallway (and the upstairs one removed), so it had to be done neatly, and we couldn't be happier, can't recommend Nathan highly enough.

The thing that most immediately impressed me about Nathan was the amount of time that he was prepared to give me when preparing and discussing the quotation. He was prepared to listen carefully to what I knew of my central heating system, and it's flaws (it was built in three stages). With my encouragement and permission, he took tome and care to lift carpet and floorboards to get a very clear picture of the work needed and how it could be carried out. This gave both of us high confidence in the accuracy of the ensuing quotation. On the day, Nathan turned up and started on time, with his very reliable suppliers also delivering as promised. He comes fully-equipped and with a good set of spares on a carefully-packed van, such that in addition to putting in a new radiator, and modifying a single pipe to a modern twin-piped system, he was also able to replace a faulty TRV and mend a leaky toilet flush. He's very good at tidying up and, so far as I can tell, cheerful and unflappable in the face of challenges. He also appreciates good coffee.

Nathan has been helping us for a couple of years now. He's professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. He services our rather old Worcester Bosch combi boiler every year and keeps it in good working order, including replacing parts (which are kept in his van) when necessary. He's also fixed a difficult radiator leak. Nathan is a friendly, capable person who offers great customer service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Nathan was fantastic. He removed back boiler pipework from a fireplace to make way for the install of a log burner. All the pipework Nathan found to be live. He made the assessment really quickly and made the capping off and removal off pipework look effortless. Really good quality plumber, competitive rates, highly recommend.

Had Nathan come out to investigate a leaking pipe. He took his time to find leak, he was able to resolve the issue, you wouldn’t even know the anyone has been out. His work was faultless and very clean and tidy.

Nathan completed the installation and repair to a very high standard of workmanship. He arrived on time as promised, and completed the work without making any mess. You would not have known the work had been done. We were more than happy with the price charged and the time taken to complete the work.

Nathan researched then advised on new thermostats, and came today as planned to fit them. In the process he saw other work that was necessary on the boiler. He had the necessary parts in his van and did that work too. And did a plumbing adjustment. I'm happy; have been happy to recommend him to friends who have also been very happy.

I've had a boiler service and new radiators fitted by Nathan. He is professional and reliable, turning up when he says he will. I'm pleased with the work he's done and he's been really helpful in explaining options for me getting a new boiler. I think his work is really good value. Very happy to recommend Nathan to others.
