New to area, very lucky to have found Johnny. He was amazing. Fitted a new tall radiator onto our newly plastered wall. Turned up on time, took the extra care to get us matching coloured rad valves. Hid the piping behind radiator. No fuss, no mess. First class job, he is so helpful and does a very professional job for a fair price. If you need a great plumber you need Johnny!

Jonny helped us with three emergency leaks that were damaging our kitchen ceiling right before Christmas as we were about to go on holiday, came over the same evening, found them all no problem and sorted it in about 20 minutes and fitted new taps for us. We called Jonny of JD Owen plumbers in Chepstow for an emergency burst water main. Amazing! Really excellent level of emergency service and follow up installation of new piping to replace old underground copper piping. He also installed a cast iron radiator. Competitively priced, reliable, responsive and very helpful. If only there were more plumbers like JD Owen! Really very impressed. Will certainly use again for both servicing and repair.

Jon has previously done emergency work for me and has been very responsive and reasonable in terms of call out charges.
On this occasion he’s come out to fix a leak at a Clubhouse of a Junior Football Club and didn’t charge us. I’m really grateful for the speed he came out and how quickly he resolved the problem and at no cost to us.

Had a burst pipe at 7pm, called Jonny and within 5 minutes he was at my home & found the source of the problem on the same night. He then organised to come & fit a new tap & pipe within 48hrs!! Just unbelievable service & great value. I couldn’t recommend highly enough!
