I recently had some issues with my kitchen tap and called these guys as they had been recommended from a friend.

I am put up in patchway, Bristol. house is 5 years old and has got Baxter system boiler installed by cook &Harris. This year I got it serviced by cook &Harris and they told me hot water pressure vessel is gone and it need to be changed as it will be risky otherwise, considered their advice and got it changed which costed me around £280 + £150 for service. After 2 months boiler started loosing pressure I called them, engineer came and told me that pressure vessel in side boiler has gone this time and given me a quote of £280 and told the pressure valve may also need to be changed which may cost around £100, when I asked them why they didn’t identified this in service which was done 2 months back engineer told me that it has nothing to do with service. After which I contacted baxi, they sent engineer who after looking at boiler said that air needs to be filled in the pressure vessel, he did it and cleaned the pressure vessel and boiler is now working absolutely fine, the guy told that this should be done every year as part of service.
