Would highly recommend. Very quick response time (<1hr) and sorted the problem straight away. After very poor service elsewhere (including being let down by the manufacturer engineer and a national retailer engineer), it was a welcome change to get a no-nonsense approach to getting the problem sorted quickly and inexpensively!
