Do not use!!!! He strung me along for weeks on end saying he would start my job. I had a deadline to my job and he kept promising it would be done and then when it was too late to find someone else he text to say he couldn't do it, not even an apology. Sadly I know his work is good but his time keeping is awful, he will lie to you and let you down.

Not happy. Replacement toilet seat which we paid him £40.00 for ordered from this plumber in March 2018. Still has not delivered it to us. Disgusting. Repeated calls and texts to him still nothing. It is now Almost October 2018. Be warned. He lies. We did Not break this toilet seat. It was broken, and the wrong one when he delivered it!!!! Please don't use this so called plumber you, I promise will regret it. You have been warned.

Did not turn up on agreed time. Rang to re-schedule, didn't turn up again. Tried calling but never answers the phone. Not very reliable or professional as I had to make arrangements to wait in the house for him. I've gone elsewhere, hopefully the next 'Plumber' is a reliable one.

Hi there. I'm sorry I had to leave that review, but it is what it is. I've no reason to get into a dispute with you. I've since had the problem resolved with a plumber who actually turned up. Take this as criticism and act on it. i.e. turn up on time. Thank you.

Our boiler suddenly started leaking and was flooding our kitchen, typically on a Sunday afternoon. Bill came out and diagnosed that the boiler had sadly had its day, he capped off the water and made safe the electrics to the boiler. Bill also realised that our immersion heater wasn't working so we'd have no hot water as well as no heating. On Monday Bill rang with a price to fit a brand new boiler system, which turned out to be cheaper than we expected. Because we didn't even have hot water, Bill re-arranged his work schedule and fitted us a new system that week on the Wednesday. We have a disabled son and having no heat or hot water for any family is clearly a struggle. Bill went the extra mile to get us up and running and his attention to detail is excellent, he even tidied up!.

My boiler has been playing up since Thursday 15/12/22. I had 2 different plumbers come out over the last few days costing me £200 who got it working for 30mins, said they’d be back & didn’t. Billy came to see us on Tuesday 20/12/22, put in a fix long enough for us to have showers etc & said he’d back Thursday with the parts & to service. Stuck to his word & was patient with us! Best thing was his can do attitude & amazing prices! Lovely gent, would highly recommend.

My boiler was not heating all radiators. Had it covered by insurance who failed to diagnose the problem. As an independent gas engineer, I was recommended to Billy by a friend. He was able to diagnose and resolve the problems. He was very professional, on time as promised and provided a full breakdown of work carried out. He has a passion for problem solving and helping people in need . Thank you, I will certainly use your services again.
