Right from the beginning Anand's service and communication was fantastic, very prompt and responsive, clear and to the point, knew exactly what I was asking for/needed and gave me a good quote to match. Furthermore I needed the work to be done as soon as possible, out of hours around 18:30, and was he more than happy to accommodate, provided times and dates that I was able to pick from, and then on the day turned up right on time, checked everything first and then got to work.

Lastly once work was completed within around 40mins including testing, he cleared up the area well, provided the invoice with a clear breakdown and answered any questions I had. Very happy with every aspect of the service delivery and work carried out by Anand, definitely wouldn't hesitate to use again and would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs a good no-nonsense electrician with a sense of decorum.

I called regarding a broken siphon mechanism in my toilet cistern (wouldn't flush). Anand was very responsive and communicated well, detailing the options available to me and their likely cost, timescale and potential issues. Although he was able to order the correct replacement part, problems with the supplier caused a few days' delay (not Anand's fault). As soon as he notified me that he had got the part, he was able to install it and fit it within the hour. Great job!

At 11pm, I felt heat behind the cooker on the wall and couldn’t understand why the heat was increasing despite electricity being turned off so I called AJ.

Anand came and removed the cooker to reveal the gas valve was on fire!!!

It was a small flame but one which left could have had major consequences!

Anand immediately isolated the gas main and arranged the required repair works for the following day.
