I had Cameron come and instal a new shower for me this week and what a star! I'm very impressed with him and the rest of the team. Not only does the shower look amazing and is finished to such a high standard, he did all the cutting in the snowy windy weather and it's perfect. Brilliant skills. Would definitely recommend. Left the bathroom immaculate too which was wonderful. Thanks guys.

Fantastic service from a pleasant and efficient guy. Kept us informed of when he would be arriving, tidied up after himself and explained exactly what he’d done. Definitely recommend.

I do not recommend this company if you want someone reliable. Very poor communication. Didn't turn up for the job twice without even letting us know.

We used Ash and the team to install a new boiler, cylinder and radiators; they were able to get the job done quickly and the work was fantastic. They are now back to complete two bathroom renovations, the work and customer service as ever is spot on. I would highly recommend them!

Had an outside tap installed today, Clayton who installed it did a fantastic job. He did the installation brilliantly, was very professional and left us very pleased with the final product. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to friends and family, also the quote I had for the tap was very reasonable. Very happy indeed

I had Cameron come to my rental property today to look at some plumbing issues. He was very polite and helpful and sorted / fixed issues that other, much older plumbers had not been able to sort out on previous visits. For example , I had a plumber come to replace my bedroom radiator thermostat as it was stuck on full heat. That plumber replaced the TRV head but left the rad on full heat with non functional brand new TRV.
Cameron sorted that quickly and efficiently.
I had to leave whilst he was doing his work so left him a key which he kindly placed in the location I requested and he sent me a complimentary text to confirm he was finished and had sorted the issues and secured the property and left.

As an electrician myself who is often in and out of peoples homes , I would say Cameron is a fine example of a good tradesman.

Excellent service received from Nathan and Sean in regards to the boiler installation and historic issues - although I was without heating for 7 days, not once did they make me feel that I was on my own with this issue they were very approachable and happy to assist. The lads are down to earth even Steve and his son Ashley - an excellent outfit cannot fault them would not use anyone else.

I do not even want to give them a 1 star review! Absolutely horrific.
If you have a plumbing issue DO NOT use this company! I’ve had a leak for over 6months which Steve Farmer P&H have still not managed to rectify. They fail to turn up to appointments and they do not answer telephone calls. They show little to no actual plumbing knowledge (Steve Farmer claimed that the leak was because a pipe had ‘fallen down’, pushed it back up and said it was fixed only for me to point out that it was still leaking!). Nearly £300 out of pocket paying for them to do ‘repairs’ which clearly did not need doing as I still have the same leak and my ceiling has since collapsed. They’ve changed parts to do with the shower and then state that the leak is nothing to do with the shower. They’ve claimed it’s repaired when I still have a bucket on the floor and recently walked into my flat to find the floor flooded! I have been unable to live there since December because of this. Absolutely disgusting. “The big big boss” - as he was referred to, to me (!) - Steve Farmer was sent out on the final appointment (he turned up at the wrong time and then went to drive away - I saw the van and caught up to him!) and was rude and dismissive and clearly seemed inconvenienced to be there! Do not use this company if you don’t want to be ripped off they’re a disgrace.
