I called RM as my boiler was broken and Rob was able to come at short notice. He was punctual and very friendly. He had the parts and fixed the issue in less than hour. I would recommend RM and happily use the company again.

Rob project managed a complete bathroom renovation for us including ripping out old bathroom, electrics, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and supply of bathroom suite. Service was professional and tidy and the finished job is lovely. The quoted price remained the same with the exception of added work which was at our request. The addition of extra work was carried out with no issues. Will definitely use Rob for future plumbing work.

RM Heating fitted new radiator thermostats throughout our house, they were clean and tidy, and worked into the evening to complete the job.

Rob initially came to help with my hot water that was running too hot. The boiler seemed to be running 24/7 and it wouldn’t turn off. He replaced the Drayton 2 port valve which fixed the problem. He also carried out a boiler service. Rob was extremely helpful, professional and was prompt in returning calls, making appointments and all communications. I was recomended to call RM Heating after my boiler developed a fault. Rob arrived on time, he diagnosed the fault, collected the new part, installed it and repaired the boiler. I have to Say Rob is fantastic so helpful and very prompt . I would use his services again and again. He has also installed an external bidet for us a year ago which still works perfectly .
