Extremely impressed! After nailing through a central heating pipe on a Sunday evening and causing water to leak through the living room ceiling, I called around for an emergency plumber. Nobody was willing to come out, except one company, which let me down after 2 hours and had an extortionate hourly rate. I called High-speed the next morning, who were around by lunch, did an amazing job in next to no time, and charged such an amazing rate I thought he was joking! Very friendly gent too. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and should I ever need help again this will be the first number I call.

Brian came today as I had a gas leak and had been cut off at the gas meter. He is sorting it out for me. I was surprised at the price... a nice surprise as I was worrying about how much it would cost me with being an OAP and a short holiday planned. I am going to cancel my British Gas Homecare and use Brian instead as he is more affordable.

noticed a water leak through ceiling at 1930hrs he was round to check it out at 2020 and promised to come round next day to fix it. Even arrived 20 minutes early and fixed new radiator, excellent service and reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended

I organised for this firm to come and repair a broken boiler we waited a week for him to come and spoke to him the morning he was due and was told he would arrive at dinner time he never turned up and had failed to answer the phone since the last word he said were don’t worry mate I won’t let you down

This is a company with a highly professional approach to customer service and quality of work, all at an excellent price. We have used Brian and his assistant a few times, installing new central heating radiators, moving a gas pipe from outside to inside and also sorting the boiler out. Standard of work is of the highest quality, and he paid extra attention to protecting carpets etc. Brian also complied with all of the Covid rules when required, but still found time converse. It was a first-rate customer experience... and a pleasure to provide the tea and coffee! Thankyou Brian and assistant for a first class service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
