Very bad communication...missed first appointment ,contacted me and visited a week later,gave me a verbal estimate and said she could do my job the following week. NO further contact despite me leaving at least two answer phone messages .No explanation or apology.

Jo and her Son were fantastic with my parents. Very understanding with their situation. Jo and her Son have been to my parents bungalow a couple of times now and I have to say, having needed and used services of various plumbers in the past, they are by far the best I've encountered. Very honest, technically sound and communicated solid advice to me on the issue my parents have. I have already recommended them to local family and a couple of friends. Fantastic! Thanks guys!

What a rude customer service. Our hot water and heating is not working due to pipe leak and needed to be fix to able to turn the heating on. It is emergency for us. We have an infant and always have our heating on at least 22 degree. We needed quote first due to our budget as well even though it’s emergency doesn’t mean we can pay all the prices plumber asked for. Her service offer 24/7 mean she should be able to offer quotes and advices to clients nicely. Other services werent rude like her at all. They understand what client can afford too. She said no body died from not turning heating on at 2am in the morning. That was just so rude and unnecessary. Definitely wouldn’t recommend her to anyone ever. What a rude woman. Didn’t even listen to client but kept on saying what she wanted to say.

Called on Bank Holiday Monday regarding a toilet repair. Jo took the trouble to explain potential self-fixing solutions over the phone which resolved the issue and in doing so demonstrated great integrity, honesty and kindness.
