RSV Emergency Plumbers

Landlord hired the Rsv emergency plumbing company again for refurbishing the entire en-suite. The job, Majid and his mate did was fantastic. They finished the job on time, professionally and transformed the entire en-suite. I would definitely recommend Rsv emergency plumbers to everyone.

Words might not be enough to explain this so adding few pictures to reflect the job they did.

We had an emergency on Thursday our toilet was blocked and RSV came out very quickly. He took one look at the toilet and said it would cost £380 to fix. We had no choice so he got his pump and seemed to unblock the toilet. However 3 days later the toilet is blocked again so this time we called home serve and the expert came out from home serve and asked us why the emergency plumber had not checked the drain. As the blockage was not actually in the toilet but in the drain. I have since contacted RSV to advise them that the job was not done correctly and that we need a refund and was told no way even though the job was not completed properly. I am not a plumber or a drain expert that is why i called out someone I thought that was but too no avail. I will never use this company again. He told me several different prices when I called to have the job done. Please see attached a photo of the blocked drain that he should have looked at and seen that the blockage was from the drain and not the toilet.

Fantastic service - came quickly, diagnosed the problem, had the spare parts available and fixed it within an hour. Friendly service throughout. Would definitely use again and would reccomend to anyone needing an emergency plumber. We're quite a distance from Leicester but that wasn't a problem.

I had my new toilet installed not to long ago. However, my sink’s tap started to leak and the water started to leak into the sealing. Hence, I called RSV they sent one of their qualified plumber that fixed my issue in no time.

DO NOT USE THIS WITHOUT ASKING HIM PROPERLY ABOUT COSTS AND IF HE WILL FIX FIRST!!!This person will barely fix anything and charge a really unreasonable amount for the work he does. Firstly all he asked was for the address and said hes sent someone and before i could even ask about prices he's cut the call. 20 min later arrived at my doorstep £99 call out charge . Would not carry out the work untill i went and got cash out otherwise he does charge "VAT". I had 3 issues, frozen pipe, and 2 burst pipes. On arrival added extra £150 Per hour of work. He was only here for less than 5 minutes. He tightened one pipe and that one was fine however he refused to fix the one with a hole in it because the water was frozen despite blaitently it had a hole in it. Then he said just boil kettle water and pour to unfreeze the water. And that was it £250 gone and so was he. Never again.

I discovered that my toilet wasn't flushing properly. I flushed and poured water down the toilet repeatedly, but nothing worked. However, a blocked toilet was a present I was given. I called RSV after finding them on Google, and they came out right away to fix my toilet.
I simply adore how quickly the plumber resolved my problem.

Called RSV out to repair my Mother's mains water stop tap which was leaking. The service when phoning was first class,(price, time to get to the job etcc.) and, he said he would be 45minutes, which was spot on, he actually arrived 5mins. early. Did the job, was very friendly and the price was OK considering it was an emergency call out. Would use again if it were an emergency.

Excellent service. Called and they came within 40 minutes. Done an excellent job and got the work finished quickly as well. Plumber sent out was very professional and kind.
