We were having problems with our heating for ages and other plumbers just didn't seem to be bothered enough to work out what was wrong. Sam Worrall took a great deal of time, methodically checking things out until he sorted it and it now works brilliantly. He's excellent at problem solving and putting things right.

We have brought him back to do all our plumbing jobs since, moving radiators, servicing our boiler, changing taps etc and he is just so reliable and helpful.

Sam has done several jobs for us over the last couple of years and we are perfectly satisfied with his workmanship. He recently fitted a new boiler at a very reasonable cost. He is very reliable and punctual. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.

We own a rambling old house and asked Sam to replace our central heating, hot water system, boiler and mains water supply. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced and he was able to advise us on all aspects of the work.

He provided a great quote and worked incredibly hard to strip out all the old pipes and fit a new boiler, tank, radiators and pipework in double-quick time. The workmanship was of very high quality and he took great care to keep the inevitable disruption to a minimum, which meant that family life (two kids, two dogs) carried on as normal.

Sam's attitude and communication was excellent throughout and he made sure that we knew what was going on at every stage.

He is an excellent plumber but also extremely decent and trustworthy and I had absolutely no qualms about giving him the keys to the house. We were hugely impressed by his can-do attitude and professionalism and we will certainly ask him to work for us again.

Sam fitted a new boiler in our property. He not only came up with by far the most innovative solution to the install but was very competitively priced. He is not just a professional, tidy worker but he's also a genuinely nice person to have working in your home. I have recommended him without hesitation to friends.

Sam was very efficient, the ideal plumber, turning up exactly when he said he would and working without much disruption to us. We had not used him before and took a chance, we are so glad we did as the reviews about him are all true.

Highly recommend Sam. Extremely quick response, came when he said he would and took his time to find the fault with my boiler. After being told by a previous rude plumber that it was the pump and given a ridiculous quote, I was very pleased I called Sam. He regained my confidence in tradesman. He was very polite, honest, professional and reasonably priced. He found the fault, explained to me what it was and showed me the part that was broken (nothing to do with the pump). We are currently having some renovations including a new kitchen and Sam has done a brilliant job for us so far. Sam has changed our thermostat, timer and repositioned pipe work for us and is installing new radiators and all the work he has done is of a really high standard and competitively priced.

Sam recently fitted a Worcester-Bosch Combination Boiler to our home. He was a pleasure to deal with and delivered a high quality product and service.
