We can highly recommend WRP Group. They are a professional company and we are so pleased we chose them to install our new boiler and upgrade our central heating system. The team (Michael, Paul, Cam and Mick) were brilliant. They turned up on time and worked really hard over the two days. They were very tidy workers, friendly and very knowledgeable. An added bonus was that they use copper pipes and fittings, not the cheap plastic ones that many plumbers use these days! We are more than happy to recommend them - they are genuine engineers, definitely not cowboys! Thanks so much for everything, we'll see you again when the boiler service is due. David & Cath

Don, (from Staining) our underfloor heating has never work proper and efficiently since it was installed in 2007. WRP came and looked the system over and recommended what needed doing to correct the issues. Mick came a week later and his professionalism and experience sorted it all out. WRP Group fitted a new boiler for us last month together with a powerflush through the radiator sytem and we were very pleased with how Barry the gas engineer together with Cameron carried out the work. Their after sales service has also been excellent and we would like to add that Charlie in the office was very helpful and efficient too.

WRP are very professional and have fitted and serviced the boiler in my home and rental property for a few years now. They have also done the pipework for my bathroom. They don't charge over the top prices. The guys are great. I'd highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

I would not recommend this company. Initially quoted £350 plus Vat for a power flush and they tried to over charge me at £450.
My boiler was working fine before they carried out the power flush and when they left the boiler was broken. They sent out a boiler engineer who wouldn’t take responsibility for the fault so I have had to have it repaired on my boiler break down cover. They also left me with a leaking radiator which I got British Gas to fix. I asked WRP to cover the £60 excess fee from British Gas and they refused. Once boiler was repaired I asked them to come out and check everything was ok. Workman came for 15 mins and stated “it was a waste of his time”
