We had a leaky radiators, I called Blue Pound plumbers who immediately dispatched the nearest engineer. He was very thorough, explaining every step he took, cleaning up thoroughly and leaving us with no mess whatsoever. He also gave me a full written report detailing what he did and why. I'm delighted with my new boiler, valve, etc. and can only recommend Blue Pound plumbers to anyone requiring plumbing services.
