Sally Plumber

Sally was quick off the mark with our broken toilet flush to which she found a rather rare imported part in our toilet for which she immediately hopped online and sourced in no time. She went away after inspecting and sourced a replacement and when faced with our individual case of part-rareness, sorted the problem in no time and at no extra labour cost despite having to come back a couple of days to finish with her modified flush button. Had our toilet system not been a tricky one in that it was a discontinued line from China, I have no doubt that she would have whipped it in shape in less than half an hour but she was dynamic enough to source and sort the problem at cost instead of completely reworking and overcharging like other plumbers we have used in the past in the house we had just before this, and as a result cost us next to nothing. She is a lively woman and wastes no time to resolve the problem and constantly keeps in contact with you and give you options rather than just bill you. We will definitely be using Sally in future and so will our extended family since meeting and learning just how amazing she is. Just wish I could give more than 5 Stars!!!!

Sally was great when our shower stopped working. We had thought we might have to have the whole unit done (tray, trap, tiles, shower, door etc.) despite liking the decoration of the tiles. When Sally came to quote for the job she could have easily suggested it all needed doing and gotten more money from us, however she said if we were happy with them we did not need new tiles (only needed to replace 1) or shower tray. She helped us pick out a shower that matched the design we wanted and fit in the small space she had to work with. The shower and new door look and work wonderfully, would highly recommend. Sally’s work is the best around. She is punctual, works tidily and cleanly. She is very knowledgeable and explains all that she is going to do. She is worth every penny, highly recommended.

Sally is great! She fitted me in quickly and her price was very reasonable. Sally works quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after herself and was friendly and pleasant to chat to during her work. She fitted an extra small job in for me. Definitely recommend and will be using her again if needed!
