Avoid this company. Didnt follow instructions so have had to pay someone else to redo the job. More interested in your furniture than job.

The pipes under our kitchen sink broke, flooding much of our kitchen floor. We used Infinity Plumbing off the recommendation of a friend. Cornel, the plumber, was available a day and a half later. On the day, he gave us a rough idea of when he would arrive, and kept updating it via text.

When he arrived, he explained every step of what he was doing to fix the pipes, and also was happy to tell us how we could try doing it ourselves in the future. The kitchen sink plumbing has held up well since. We had a great chat and he even invited us to his wedding!

He then pointed out a few other minor leaks and other things we might want to fix, such as a leaky tap, but again he was happy to tell us how we might do it ourselves, and he offered his own services too.

Afterwards, even though he was in a rush to go to his next job, I asked if he could quickly inspect my bathroom sinks to see if there were any other issues, and again he had a thorough look and explained exactly what he saw to us, and gave us a few diagnostic tests to do to see how bad the problems were.

Very reasonable call out charge which covered the repair and all of the above. Highly recommended.

Cornell kindly came round out of hours on a Saturday morning as I live very locally to fix a leaking shower pump.
