Worth noting, this is a 3rd party agency, based somewhere in Essex ( I believe) not Salisbury, who engage local plumbers in whichever area and send them to you. Also worth noting that I wasn't informed that the £169 first hour call out fee (payable in advance) was exclusive of V. A. T, and so I was a little surprised when £202 was withdrawn from my debit card. That said, the plumber they sent was very good, quick, friendly and got the job sorted, same day. Would've cost me less to book him directly though. (A. H Services, Eastleigh)
The Plumber from A. H Services I would rate 5 out of 5, the agency 2, because I feel its a bit deceitful to present as a local business when you're not, and also to not mention the fee payable upfront was exclusive of the V. A. T.

Totally professional work. They also serviced my boiler, gas fire, and checked my cooker, and I was really happy with everything. They will continue to provide my services every year, and I will never hesitate to contact them again if I have any issues.

Don't use, agreed to come out by then cancelled after I called them when they didn't arrive. Apparently they decided traffic was too heavy. Because the left it so late I had to wait until the Monday to get someone else out.

in response to the reply - if you don't turn up when it has been arranged, and when called (after the agreed time) then decide to cancel the callout with the excuse of traffic you are not reliable and therefore cannot be recommended
