Merseyside Central Heating were recommended by our neighbour who has been a customer for many years, and I can only thank him for his advice. From my initial call to the office, everyone who I spoke to there as well as the two engineers who called to the house on separate dates to assess, service and repair our boiler were nothing less than hugely efficient, friendly, courteous and professional. We couldn’t be more impressed, thank all involved for their help and look forward to many years of assistance. Highly recommended!

It was a first class service from start to finish. Phoned them on Sunday afternoon when we noticed our CH boiler leaking and they assisted us over the phone to put a temporary measure in place before the engineer could get to us. Job assessed, parts ordered and fitted within 3 days. Price was reasonable and similar to elsewhere but what set this company apart from others was the outstanding communication/customer service. I normally contact the company who installed the boiler (the company that my builder used) but they are not contactable on Sundays. I won't bother with them again and will choose Merseyside Central Heating every time. Mrs Leech

Just want to say from start to finish using this company has been amazing from Eddie coming out to what was going to be a difficult job to find a way of sorting it. To Mike and Paul (the dreamteam) coming out to do the job. How clean they kept everything going along with the job as there was a lot of work to be done. To now what has been a bit of a nightmare as we now have leaking pipes no faults of MCH old house old pipes under floor Ian has been the biggest help trying to get to the bottom of it even sending help on a Saturday afternoon. Brilliant family business and all members of staff are helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Highly highly recommend MCH 😄

The company in all was ok but they originally sent a book smart engineer to my house and he flooded my kitchen and made my boiler worse luckily they sent out someone else that fixed his issue

What great service!
Christmas Eve with young children and an elderly parent, my worst nightmare, no heating, nor water. Called the office then emergency number, got a call back very quickly. Despite not being able to fit us in, Ian took time via WhatsApp and photos to do a temporary repair to get the system up and running, then refused payment as he hadn’t been able to physically visit - we now have a warm house and hot water.
I couldn’t be more grateful and would 100% recommend using this company. Merry Christmas Ian, you total star!
