Did a good initial job but subsequently had to chase for everything. Very bad at keeping pre arranged appointments

Asked for a quote to refit 2 bathrooms, the chap came round, then I never heard from him again! Chased and chased but got no response. At least have the courtesy to respond to say you don’t want the work for whatever reason instead of wasting people’s time.
