I had a leaking radiator and found Alban City Plumbing as I wanted to use a local business. I called Paul and luckily he was in the area so came straight away, which was brilliant.
My radiator issue was fixed and he also took the time to give me some advice about my boiler and water tank when I asked him questions. He's really knowledgeable and friendly too. You can tell he cares about providing a really high level of customer service.
I'd highly recommend Paul and am really pleased I now have a plumber I can use in the future.

We are buying a property and Paul did a very thorough check of the boiler and the main workings of the entire system. He was professional throughout, always responding to my messages very swiftly. Following the check he walked me through the findings in great detail. I would definitely not hesitate to use his services again in the future!
