Our boiler packed up in between Christmas and New year so we got their contact details online and rang James and he was there the next day. Our boiler was old and couldn't be repaired so he ordered a new one and installed it the following day. I would recommend this company because of the prompt and excellent service, we could have been without heating into the new year without James's help.
