Excellent customer service for a newcomer. Arrived within 20 minutes, and various boiler issues were expertly diagnosed. outlined each issue before fixing it completely. Boiler is currently operating effectively, unlike ever before. All were double examined, and one component that potentially malfunction was also identified and changed at my request. Next appointment made with True Heat, an emergency plumber service. Given that the boiler is getting close to its expiration date, it is uncommon to receive such excellent and knowledgeable service.
