The worst professionals ever. Nightmare since they fitted my new boiler two months ago.

Fitted our gas hob incorrectly which led to a massive gas leak and damage to our brand new hob (it had set itself on fire(!) and left a burn mark)

They came out within 12 hours to make it safe, but then ignored our numerous phone calls and emails asking for them to pay for and fit a replacement hob as the damage was their fault. Finally paid up 5 months after the gas leak, only after we filed a claim to take court action.

Avoid!!

As an elderly couple we were so impressed that the company took a person off another job to help with our drain blockage. The young man who arrived was brilliant and very caring. We had a nasty blockage but all was resolved and we couldn’t be thankful enough.

fitted wrong size pedestal, 5 weeks to change a bath with water running through ceiling.

Reputable company

I employed Gregory's to do a complete ladies and gents toilet refit in a commercial unit. The job was not carried out satisfactorily leaving us very disappointed. The workmanship was sub standard and the time taken to complete the job was unnecessarily long. I have since had to call them back to replace door handles and locks that only lasted a matter of months. The replacements are of poor quality and one handle is hanging off after a matter of minutes. I would not recommend this company.
