Called Luxury Heating Emergency Plumber about a leak with the Kitchen sink and they sent a plumber the same day. He advised that the copper pipes will need to be replaced by PVC. They scheduled me for repair later that week. The Service was excellent and the communication by Billie on Scheduling and pricing was efficient and timely. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again.

About a boiler leak, we contacted Luxury Heating Emergency Plumber Stourport-on-Severn. Their plumber arrived on time, and when it became clear that the boiler would need to be turned off and replaced, he made arrangements for a new boiler to be installed as soon as the next day. His plumber was courteous and competent. The agreed-upon timings and prices were honoured. Paying for a brand-new boiler is never enjoyable, but their manager made the process go as smoothly as it possibly could.
