I had a leaking waste pipe which was right over my front door. Called up John and he came out same day to take a look at the problem. Identified it within seconds and came back the next morning to fix it. Turns out the waste connection was totally bodged previously so needed to replace part of the pipe and connect it up properly! He's done an excellent job for a fair price, really great guy!

John was incredible from start to finish - after an incident in the late evening, John came out at midnight and identified (after extensive searching!) there was concrete and debris lodged in our pipes which eventually caused a large flood throughout our brand new property. John was with us for almost 4 hours in total and despite the circumstances we really loved his company!

This was a scary moment for us as first time home owners and it helped to have someone who is excellent at their trade put you at ease.

What a lovely guy and a truly fantastic service!!! We have also recommended John to our neighbours if they ever require his services. 10/10 ☺️
