Excellent service and lovely man. We had a leak on New Year's Day (Bank Holiday) - Phoned Peperharrow Plumbing - Ed called back on Whatsapp to diagnose problem by video. Told us what to do. Came in next day on time and fixed the problem. Very pleased with a very professional service at a good price. I highly recommend.

Day 1, called a nice lady who said I’d hear later that day about a booking request. Day 2, left voicemail and sent email prompt. Day 3&4 heard nothing, but it was the weekend. Day 5 I called again, speaking to a gentleman who politely told me there were no staff available for over a month. I’d have preferred to have heard this at the first phone call or shortly afterwards the same day.

I never write reviews but the quality of the service from Peperharow Plumbing was so good I had to share my experience. Dec 27th 2022 we had no hot water or heating so I called British Gas as they were my service provider, they said they could come out on the 17th Jan, ridiculous. I called Peperharow and they came out within 90 minutes and the service was excellent …. Couldn’t recommend they enough.
