I needed a emergency gas engineer as this morning I was informed we had a leak in our gas pipes which were under the solid floor. I called and they promptly came round to investigate the problem. Not only was this done very quickly and professionally even though it wasn't straightforward, but they have also managed to install new gas pipes and fix the issue all within half a day. The job was done very well all work carried out is very neat and tidy and they have been cleaning up as they go. Top job, and one very happy customer 👏 and I will surely be using them again. If they don't mind working on this difficult house again. Thanks again

Looking for a plumber can be challenging! Ben came out to give us a quote on the same day of the phonecall! And the job was completed in less than a week! Other plumbers I spoke to are so booked up the wait is 2 to 3 months! Bonus of this company is they work with the electrician who is making sure electrical side of things is safe too! Otherwise we would have a headache looking for an electrician. Very promt, professional, reliable, straight to the point company! Highly recommended! One happy customer 👏👏👏

Boiler failed to work on a cold, snowy evening. I called at least 20 people/companies to ask for help and nobody could fit me in on such a short notice. Ben responded my call first time despite being on a job, told me he would call me back and did. In 2 hrs he arrived, diagnosed and fixed the issue explaining me all the technical details until he could see the spark in my eyes. He is quick, straightforward (no BS), efficient and in my opinion a good hearted person (if you like straight talking people). It wasn't cheap but we know these things cost money to get fixed. Thank you Ben if you are reading this, I'll call you before the winter for a boiler service and a general heating advice for our town house.

We have used Ben for some minor plumbing work in the past and have always been really happy with his work, so he was our first choice for a new combi boiler installation.
We had lengthy discussions about what was the best boiler and radiators for our needs. Attention to detail is of a very high standard. Really value the experience and advice that Ben offers. Would not go to anyone else and would recommend to anyone.

We had a problem with our old boiler which was around 20 years old. Ben arrived and assessed and valued the situation. We decided a replacement system was required and went for a Combi system.
A price and date was agreed, Ben actually arrived an afternoon before and began the process of replacement, removing the original boiler from and upstairs bedroom and fitting the Combi in the kitchen. A small radiator was also installed in the place of the old boiler so that we still had a cupboard to air our clothes. A cupboard was rebuilt by him around the new combi, which looks great. Many thanks for your time and installation Ben. I will have no problem recommending you to friends and family.

Couldn’t find a decent plumber anywhere after being let down by several. EPM247 were recommended to me by a friend, and I have to say I have been very impressed with the service. Ben came out quickly to look at the work I wanted doing, and took time to discuss my requirements with me in detail (coming back on a number of occasions as requested to run further ideas past him). He replaced my outdated en-suite with a new set I had chosen and has done a fantastic job. Very happy customer. Would recommend.

Have used before and called them again as had problems 5 months after the last repair. Had to ring 3 times before they called back. Said they would check the diary and get back to me but never did.
