Nigel sorted out a leak in the cistern that was sending my water bills sky high a couple of days ago. Came to do a gas inspection before we bought a house, found various issues that were definitely necessary to fix, then worked with us to remedy and redesign the boiler system and location how we wanted. Work was performed quickly and professionally, would use again for future plumbing work.

Nigel and his team installed our boiler for us last year when we were stuck with no heating ! They were quick to come and assess the old boiler and they sorted us with a new boiler immediately! They even cleaned up after which was great ! They were friendly and efficient. A year later our heating stopped working and Nigel sorted it for me the same day with no fuss. It was a huge help given the cold weather to have it fixed on the same day even with calling him last minute ! We definitely recommend Nigel and his team for a great local service !

Came out quickly but was on phone sorting next job while here left 20 minutes later advising to buy a new boiler. No parts were cleaned or removed only ran hot taps in kitchen and bathroom. Asked for a certificate but told not included in a service. No report on boiler for £120
