We had an emergency whereby our ceiling collapsed (thanks to the 'brilliant' work by another local plumber) and were in crisis. Tom came to our rescue. Even though he was extremely busy, he was compassionate and given our circumstances he came over straight away and made arrangements to fit us in. We had running water the same day and he did everything he could to make an extremely stressful situation less stressful. Calm, professional and helpful, I couldn't recommend Tom highly enough - both his mannerism and the standard of his work - the pipework he did was so neat it looked like a piece of art!

From the start to finish, Tom was extremely professional in his support for installing spa bath and electric shower.

I started the project approximately 2 months ago and contacted Tom ,via website mybuilder.com, to discuss . We arranged a pre-visit to assess work required to which Tom was prompt in his time keeping.

I subsequently received a quote from him and agreed price and installation date. Subsequently I added a electric shower to the works required, which we sorted and he quoted for using mobile text. This was easy due to his quick response. All fitting instructions sent prior via text.

Tom arrived promptly to install, which required him to remove old bath without disturbing tiles and then wait for electrician who was due the next day. He worked well with electrician unknown to him, to complete installation on time and to agreed budget. Jobs such as this are so much easier when you meet professionals of his calibre.

I recommend his services wholeheartedly and will definitely use again!

ps The only additional thing to note was I found it difficult to find a plumber who would take on spa bath due to the difficulty it entails.

Booked for a job but has not answered my messages or calls to confirm he’s coming not even to let me know he can’t do the job! So unprofessional.
