Not being local to Ipswich I found this company through an internet search. There were no reviews, but nevertheless I booked an appointment with Mark Wainwright to meet him at the address, and he arrived on time. The job involved changing the bath for a smaller one, changing the shower and taps and adding a toilet, which included installing a soil pipe. In the downstairs cloakroom the toilet and basin were to be changed, and a hot water supply added. His quotation was the most competitive of the three I obtained. Once work started he arrived when he said he would and the work was completed within a few days. He was a very tidy worker and kept me well informed about progress. He recommended a groundwork contractor to install the new drain and inspection chamber, who were equally professional and competitive.
