Jim and the lads came to my rescue when my boiler packed packed up earlier this year. I can't find a single thing to criticise! Professional, quick and thorough, they even cleaned up properly when they finished the job. They didn't charge the earth either. I've used then again since to replace some old radiators, and had the lads on site within hours of asking. I'd definitely reccomend JTS Plumbing and Gas with no hesitation at all :)

Sensible advice given about all possible solutions to an issue I had with my old boiler.

JTS are interested to find the best and cost effective way to help.
I wish I decided to went for a full boiler replacement straight after this option was advised by JTS, but I thought I'd try another engineer to fix my old boiler. In a result, I had to admit that JTS been right and if I'd listen to their advice I wouldn't be £500 out of pocket for the unnecessary job done by another company.

Boiler replacement was smooth and professional.

James came and quoted for a new boiler and done the work a week later even in these covid times.
James and his team are so Polite and worked hard into the evening to finish the job and that's something you don't get from all trades men.

JTS Plumbing have carried out works on a number of my properties in Ipswich fitting a few combi boiler conversions and re-piping whole houses on renovations.
They have been friendly, reliable and consistent. They work clean and tidy every time they visit. I wouldn't use any other plumbing firm in Ipswich.

JTS was from a recommendation and James first came out to inspect the problem and the same week the two lads came to fix it and both lads very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

They explained as they did the work.

I would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them to friends.

Absolutely brilliant company! Found these guys on Google and read the reviews hoping to receive a better service than a previous company had given.
They were so helpful and were able to fix the issue quickly.
He gave sensible advice about all the possible solutions in regards to our boiler and we look forward to using these guys again in the new year to replace our boiler!

Jim was recommended to me by a friend for a quick boiler service. He was extremely helpful, polite and great at explaining everything to me. I would definitely be calling Jim for any boiler related services and repairs in the future. He went above and beyond and even unblocked my sink - absolute legend (although slightly embarrassing on my part!)
