Rob was able to diagnose and fix a problem with the boiler in one of my properties that eluded other boiler engineers. It transpired that the issue was not with the boiler itself and lay with the shower mixer tap, which had a faulty 'non-return' valve. This was a simple fix and Rob charged a very fair price for the part and fitting. I would have no trouble recommending Rob for for any plumbing and heating job, he is polite, knowledgeable and left the property clean and tidy when he was finished.

Rob came to do a service on our 13year old Worcester boiler. He is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He took time to explain what my options were in terms of the different types of services (standard vs full) and before I made a decision he did a basic performance test and explained all the steps and readings. I opted for the full service and am very happy with his work. I would happily recommend him to my friends and family.

When I had a problem with a leaking boiler close to Christmas I contacted Rob and he responded quickly and was able to squeeze me in the same day. The problem turned out to be more extensive than first thought but Rob worked hard to make sure we had heating working over the holidays. He diagnosed the problem quickly and the repair was thorough, he also provided great advice on the various options. His communication is excellent and he is always punctual and well organised. Rob does my regular boiler services and looks after my megaflow system for me. I would highly recommend his services.

Unlike a couple of other local plumbers Rob returned my call promptly & completed the job quickly, will definitely use again.

I contacted Rob at the beginning of the week asking if he could possibly fit us in for an annual boiler service for warrantee purposes - it was needed by the end of the week. He was back in touch quickly, gave me a couple of alternative dates to visit and asked if we had the relevant documents for him to complete. Today, Friday, he turned up on time, was very knowledgable and efficient, completed the documents with the necessary printout attached, and also offered advice on alternatives to the thermostat I had concerns about. Throughout the week he has kept in touch and responded when he said he would, so I'd highly recommend him to others needing a similar service.

Rob carried out a full replacement of our boiler. He did an excellent job. Keeping us fully informed throughout the job. He has a strong attention to detail and is determined to do a thorough and professional job at all times. I would unreservedly recommend his services.
