Blueglo - heating and air conditioning engineers

My family and I have used Ben & Jamie for years and have never gone elsewhere. Always turn up and do a great job, very reliable & friendly. My latest experience was during an extension, I called Blueglo and they managed to fit me in within a few days, sent a number of their team over and got the whole job done extremely quickly. Can’t recommend enough! Smiles all round.

We recently had blueglo out for a new shower and plumbing for our new kitchen.

Chris was incredibly friendly and professional throughout and although the plumbing for the kitchen wasn't as straight forward as we hoped he came up with another solution to get us up and running very quickly.

We had a very old heating boiler in a big house, and our trusty old heating engineer has now retired so we needed help. We've asked Blueglo for help 3 times and have been happy each time: 1. Our old boiler stopped heating the hot water - they came out and fixed that the same day! 2. We asked for a quote for a new boiler. It was a competitive price, they offered an early date to instal it, came when they said they would, and did a good job. 3. A few days after installation we had been having a problem adjusting hot water temperature. Ben came out the following morning and diagnosed the problem, and his colleague visited that afternoon to fit the replacement part (which was the thermostat on our old hot water tank).
Another point we like - when you ring their office for help you are usually answered by a real and helpful person rather than having to leave a voice message. It's not a big deal, but we like it. We're pleased we chose Blueglo.

We used Blueglo to completely renovate our bathroom and can't recommend them highly enough. They were efficient and friendly with good clear communication. Ben & Justin made some great recommendations regarding choice of fittings which definitely enhanced the final result. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. We will definitely use Blueglow again.

We just had our bathroom completely redone by Dave and team. Great job from start to finish. Happy to give advice on what to buy before doing the job, but equally happy to install whatever we picked. Clearly no cutting corners and always turned up when they said they would. Honest, hard working guys that did a great standard of work. Can't ask for any more and would happily recommend to anyone.

Blueglo recently fitted a high spec Mitsubishi Aircon system into my elderly mother's annexe. They gave me a highly competitive quote, £100s cheaper than other quotes I had received for good quality, but inferior systems. Unlike other companies which had a lead-in time of at least 2 months, Blueglo had a gap a couple of weeks later and worked around me to install the system on my preferred day to deconflict with other tradesmen working on a tight schedule. It was a first rate, very professional job. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them!

Recently had BlueGlo install a full heating system in our house (boiler, pipes and radiators).

Not only did they quote the lowest price, their subsequent workmanship was impeccable.

Jason and the team were on time everyday and tidied up before they left. They dealt with short notice changes and requests without complaint or hesitation.

One, if not the best, company I've had the pleasure to deal with.

Will be using them in future for bathroom and kitchen installations.

Chris from BlueGlo came to our property where we had a leak on a condensation pipe causing damage to our living room ceiling. Chris was extremely friendly and personable and very efficiently considered the problem and solved it in the visit. Great service and highly recommended
