JNP Plumbing & Heating

Sorry for the delay in submitting our review. We moved into our new home in December and needed the boiler installing urgently due to cold weather and a two year old in the house and he was able to accommodate straight away. It was a big job and Alex stuck to the price quoted. Friendly and knowledgeable and he filled us with confidence it would be a good Job and it was. Alex went above and beyond to ensure the job went well and customer service was first class. Thanks Alex.

Alex is a fantastic bloke who really knows his stuff, I had a full property restoration including 2 bathrooms, a kitchen moved 2 rooms along, new/moved radiators, new pipes all over the place, shower pumps, new mains pipe and balancing of the system once all works were done - nothing was an issue, easily the cleanest tradesman onsite (some days there were 12 people at the same time such was the size of the job).

Good quote and despite the odd thing creeping up that was unforeseen Alex kept to the budget.

When needed Alex recommended other tradesmen and that was a real bonus.

Cant recommend Alex and JNP enough.

Alex is our go to person for all plumbing and heating system jobs. We first went to him over 5 years ago on the recommendation of a family member and were so impressed we haven't been to anyone else since. He is always honest, fairly priced and does an excellent and very professional job. he recently fitted an entirely new heating system for us to his usual excellent standard. Can't recommend Alex highly enough . Good plumbers are hard to find, but if you come across JNP plumbing and heating then rest assured you have found one of the best?

Alex fitted a new boiler for me. He had to run pipes from the airing cupboard under the floorboards and down through the ceiling to the room below, and run a gas pipe from the gas meter to the boiler. Everything was put back perfectly and neatly. Excellent job and reasonable rates would thoroughly recommend

I had 7 new designer radiators fitted by James, who I found was an assett to the company. Nothing fased him and his approach was professional and courteous at all times.

Alex and his team certainly deserve their many 5 star reviews!!! Great communication and knowledge. They have just completed our shower and sink installation and we’re over the moon with the finish. They were tidy, did very little damage to the rest of the room and the quality of the workmanship has been brilliant. I think they are fairly priced and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I can’t fault them at all and won’t be using anyone else for our plumbing in the future! Thank you again it’s been a pleasure having you in our home.

Alex, Richard and Mike replaced all the radiators in the house and have done a fantastic job. They were punctual, polite and explained everything they were doing which I really appreciated. I found Alex to be approachable, professional and I valued his attention to detail and making sure we were happy with everything before they left.
