We had a leakage in our house. Called them in the morning, and they were able to schedule a slot in the afternoon. They were extremely punctual and fixed our issue. We rested assured them that if the issue came up again, they would fix it again. 10/10 would recommend for the great service. Keep up the good job!

Recently booked for a boiler service. The engineer was prompt, polite, tidy, friendly, and experienced. He was also happy to offer advice on other issues without pushing to do the work. Would definitely recommend them. Good job!

Fantastic work by the engineer. Punctual, professional, and worked very quickly to stop the radiator leak. Didn't try to rip us off by upselling. In the end, didn't even charge us for the valve! Worth every penny, and highly recommended! I really appreciated the clear explanation of the work carried out.

Boiler started leaking the first day of the recent freezing cold weather. I phoned Nupipe who called back within minutes and 2 hours later I had an email confirming that someone would be with me the next afternoon.
The next afternoon they were running a bit late but I was notified regularly when they would turn up.
Warren did a fantastic job, as the boiler was in a dangerous state and old and he was worried he may not get the part. He went off and ordered the part and let us know he would be back the next day to fix it, which he did.
He was obviously really busy, but was friendly and approachable and took time to explain things and check that everything was safe. Great communication.
Excellent price as well was really pleased! It was made very clear what the charges were from the start , nothing was suddenly tagged on the end of a bill. I didn’t mind paying because the service was so good and the communication and I knew someone was going to turn up, where as others couldn’t confirm they would. Still a lot cheaper than others.
Can’t fault them and would recommend them to anyone .. I have already.
They have already sent a quote for a new boiler .. £2000 less than a quote from someone else.
We were very impressed a decent reliable company with excellent standards.

Excellent service sorted our leak out late on a Saturday afternoon. Went above and beyond to source a part, and installed a new part to rectify the leak. We have used them many times and highly recommend them. Never fails to deliver. He is one of the best plumbers and gas engineers I have ever come across.

I was so pleased with these guys' service. From booking the appointment to carrying out my boiler repair the same day. What could have been a major headache for me and my family was quickly resolved in a couple of hours with one quick phone call. Highly recommend them to all! Keep up the good job!
