Needed a cooker installing so contacted this company.
After receiving a quote I was told this could be done on Tuesday and to call or message Tuesday morning for a time frame.
I messaged and received a reply that they would come on Wednesday morning between 9.30 and 10.00 instead as they were in the area.
After waiting until 10.30 with no communication I messaged receiving no reply and tried calling to receive voicemail.
By 11.30 I had called and received voicemail a further 2 times.
At 12 30 I messaged again I advised that they came highly recommended however I certainly wouldn't be recommending vases on the service or lack thereof that I had received.
I then received a reply advising that the first job had led to a gas leak and as I wasn't happy with the service then it would free up a couple of hours for fitting in other jobs.
Very very disappointed with the lack of communication.
I have previously worked as a dispatcher for British gas many years ago I understand that a simple job can turn into something bigger when working as a gas engineer however there is no excuse for leaving customers waiting around without any word of if and when the engineer will be able to do the job.
I presume this is a small company therefore may not have an office to report back to in order for someone to inform the customers that are waiting however my earlier messages asking when I could expect them had been ignored but I received a reply straight back from the engineer when I messaged to criticise the service.
