Robert is courteous, punctual and very efficient. He has come out to check our faulty boiler on several occasions . Within hours of calling him, he inspected the faulty boiler and had identified the issue. He replaced the boiler within 24 hours and worked tirelessly to ensure we had hot water within the day. I would highly recommend - he is very reliable.

Our sump pump stopped working. I am glad I noticed it before it flooded our finished basement. My neighbor recommend me Emergency Plumber in Mansfield and I decided to give them a try. They arrived in about 40 minutes and replaced our old sump pump. Emergency Plumber in Mansfield technician team was very nice and answered all my questions about installing a sump pump back up system in case the power goes out or any other unexpected reasons. Called at 17:45 and paid a non refundable amount being told that an engineer would be out within 3 hours. I called again at 20:30 to request an update and told the engineer was running late however I was the next job. Its now two hours later and still no engineer and no update or answer from there phone lines. I am really disappointed as not the punctual or the 24 hour service as advertised. I am fine with things taking longer etc however not communicating or managing expectations correctly is really not acceptable, especially when they are aware that it is my central heating which isn't working and we are in the middle of December. I have spent the last 5 hours waiting for an engineer when I should actually have gone out to purchase a heater!

Had my master bathroom remodeled, Emergency Plumber install 4 water jets and a 24 in rain shower which are working flawlessly. Everything went exceptional and smooth.
