Engineer came right on time and carried out detailed checking before conducting his work. And he found out my vessel could be fixed and did not actually need a replacement. This had saved me a good amount of money. I really appreciate his professionalism! The head office team is always so helpful whenever I need to reschedule my booking. Wonderful service and would definitely recommend it!!

Citigas originally installed our heating system and have serviced it on a yearly basis since. They tell you the cost of the service when you book (which is reasonable) certificates are issued following the service. The engineers turn up on time are always professional and friendly. I have been a customer of Citigas for over 10years.

Booked repair in with office, Very friendly no problem with booking. Made a appointment date and time with ease. Received email later in the day to say there had been a cancellation. They arrived within five minutes after the email. Job done very satisfied with everything. Would definitely recommend

Ian our plumber did a solid job for a simple tap; but £230 for a simple, no frills out door tap! Charged £50 for the tap itself and we were charged even more than the originally accepted £180 total as the plumber spent more than two hours installing this which is a bit ridiculous for such a simple job - he even said it wouldn't take an hour to do the job when he first inspected the property, and subsequently spent 2.5 hours slowly tidying up. Feel completely milked for every penny. Would recommend going with another more honest and reasonable plumber for simple jobs.

An excellent firm of specialists in their field. They completely and thoroughly installed my central heating 13 years ago and have maintained it very well annually at a most competitive price.
