We woke up to a leak in the hallway ceiling from the bathroom radiator. No heating or Hot water.

Huge thanks to Simon Challis from Derby Plumbing Services Limited who was out within the hour and got us sorted out.

Heating is back on and we are thawing out from building a snowman this morning.

Absolutely brilliant service from Simon. I've got a Boilermate A-Class OV thermal store and it was a nightmare finding someone who could help repair it when it stopped providing my hot water. I luckily found Derby Plumbing Services and Simon came out the next day after I rang. Now, one day later, the Boilermate is all repaired. 2 day service! I could not recommend Derby Plumbing Services more, amazing :)
