John first came to help us with what we thought was a blocked drain but unbeknown to us we have a submersible drainage pump system that serves just our property. Fortunately John was an expert on them and sourced the replacement pump and parts and installed the new system and alarm panel for us.

We ended up claiming through our home Insurance and the whole process lasted close to 3 months with John supporting us throughout. I don’t know where we would have been without him as Yorkshire Water and the Insurance “specialist” didn’t know where to start with it so we are very grateful to him.

John was professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, offering advice at every opportunity to give us the best possible outcome. We’ve since had John back for 2 other unrelated jobs and would highly recommend him to anyone else.

Woud definitely recommend. Initially emailed for some advice and got a response straight away. They came to have a closer look, offered a quote to rectify the issue and returned a day later to complete the work. Great communication, time keeping and professionally done. reasonable price for work too.
