A truly excellent experience. Having your ancient boiler go in mid-winter, as happened to us 10 days ago, is truly stressful. WBC fitted not only a new boiler, but a new system and fusebox within 48 hours. The team were brilliant and very pleasant. They didn't even stop for lunch! A great bunch of lads. Thank you Graham, Chris and Jack. The results are 100%, up and running for a week with no problems. Highly recommended.

I have so far been delighted with the work carried out by WBC. They have fitted a wet room, utility room and kitchen for me.
The guys working on site have been courteous, and enthusiastic and often stayed on site until late into the evening to ensure work has been completed and to a good standard.
On calling to discuss a snagging list, they very promptly sent somebody to review the issues and I have every confidence that they will return to complete.
I have asked for an estimate to carry out additional work, and await a written quote, which I will make a speedy decision on.
I will re-post accordingly.
As a letting agent myself, I am always looking for good contractors to carry out work at the properties I look after, and will be happy to recommend WBC for any plumbing, electrical or building work.

Had a leakage issue with my kitchen sink, gave WBC a call and the plumber came in about 20 mins time. Did a very good job and was quick and the price was good too. Highly recommend for the Christchurch area
Absolutely shocking. Waited 2 weeks and had nothing but excuse after excuse. Lorry broke down, pipe on lorry broke, stuck in traffic, wife won't let me work, it's a holiday weekend etc etc. . So many excuses and still never came out but I had paid for the work to be done 2 weeks earlier. Left on hold for 55 minutes as they apparently had no proof of my payment and also couldn't find me or my address on there system. Best avoided tbh. Shocking. Tha boss is a cinman

Absolutely amazing service even though it was Saturday morning, rang emergency number and someone responded at the door within 10 minutes! They re piped the entire ground floor and did EXACTLY what they said they would. Can’t recommend them highly enough, service as it use to be 🥰 restored my faith in plumbers thank you WBC.

WBC - a First Class Company! A new Boiler was installed, they replaced Underfloor Heating where reduced pressure and water loss was occurring with a Radiator system. We are very pleased with the result. From the moment further leaks occurred, because of a faulty underfloor heating system - we phoned Karen in reception who passed on our concerns immediately, so then Graham and Lee called to our home within the hour. Graham also sat down with us to talk through this major issue and how best to overcome the problem. We appreciated his time because it helped to make a difference with coming to our decision.

In addition the time factor for completion was tight. Early December for Three Weeks. Graham was concerned that had we left this major work until the New Year so there was the risk of further leaks and, too, being without heating over the Christmas period. Having made the decision to go ahead - Everyone - Everyone - pulled together to achieve a good result.

So, too, did we have our house redecorated throughout and again are very pleased with the result. Thank You.

Additionally WBC carried out repair/reinstallation work on both of our showers. All is well there now.

To have done all this but only in a 3 week time window was nothing short of Amazing!

Absolutely appalling service. Installed a new boiler and did a complete botch job. Another plumber came to check and couldn't believe how badly it had been fitted and all the things they'd done wrong. Had to call them back and receptionist was extremely rude. I still have their receipt so you can't say you didn't do it. Would steer clear of this company
