I recently purchased a new boiler through B Wilson Plumbing and was very happy with the service I received. From my initial enquiry to the fitting of the boiler, everything went smoothly. Bradley turned up on time and worked with great effort, enthusiasm and energy to get the job done. His work ethic is awesome.
Everything was clean and tidy when he left and removed all rubbish. All in all a 5 star service and really pleased with the new boiler.

I ordered a new boiler to replace an old one in my elderly mothers bungalow. The installers were fantastic. Prompt, clean, courteous and very professional. Superb job. The staff at the office were also great with clear communications throughout. I definitely recommend this company. You will not regret choosing them

Initial system instillation was good. However the contract included a free 1 year service. I have been trying to arange this service since last August (5months), to no avail. Two cancelled appointments and now will not answer or return my calls. Treat their promises with pinch of salt

Bradley and his team were completely professional throughout. This was a move of boiler location with lots of new pipe work and removal of old hot water and header tanks. The work has been completed to a high standard and is very neat. Everywhere was left tidy with all rubbish removed and it was completed as we discussed and in the timeframes advised. Couldn’t be happier with our new boiler and the space the move has created. We will be using B.Wilson plumbing to continue with annual servicing of the heating system and will be inviting them back to do our bathroom next year.

From the first enquiry I found the approach to be very customer focused, quick to respond to any initial questions and provided three quotes using various different manufactures to give me a few options following the online survey they sent asking for some pictures. When I asked to add a some additional radiator swaps that also wasn't an issue and a updated quote was sent over... Following agreement on the quote a date was agreed, a liitle bit of prep on my part to clear a room so they could access the boiler was required, I did receive a call to ask if they could move the date from the agreed Thursday to the following Monday as they were running over on another job, from my point no problem but it was nice to get a call a couple of days prior rather than last thing or not all, grear bit of customer service.

On the Monday they turned up and set about the install, sorted out the mess from the previous boiler and removed all the old pipes and tanks as they went. A slight leak was dealt with quickly and efficiently whilst keeping me informed. The work they did was of a high standard, and you can easily see the pride and professional experience that goes into the work..

They did leave a little cleaning up where the boiler is positioned but nothing that 10mins with a cloth and hoover didn't sort out. A small issue that arose after the install was also quickly dealt with following a couple 9f 0hone calls on my part...

All in all, so far can't be happier with the work and service I have reviewed and would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a boiler replacement.

We enquired about a new boiler and Steph in the office was great organising a quote and confirming a installation date.
From the very beginning we felt confident things would be great and didn’t even have another quote.

Bradley turned up as agreed to look at the job and Steph sent the quote the next day.

Paul, Connor and Bradley were very professional and polite. Paul and Connor fitted a new boiler, replaced a radiator, shower, kitchen tap and basin tap. They were booked in for 2 days but stayed later to fit everything in 1 day.

All the rubbish and packaging was taken and the rooms were cleaned.
