Called for an emergency leak on outside stop tap, was told 1 hour. Phoned the Lincoln number as I'm in Lincoln Then had a call from Nottingham was told 2 hours, some 5 hours later no plumber, then plumber called and was told he was 45 minutes away. Now dark and unable to switch off the mains in the street so told him it's too late, now trying to charge me call out for him not turning up. I'm in Lincoln its was an emergency and they give the job to someone in Doncaster. Terrible service, no update call. Do not use

Today Lincoln rep came over to unblock our drain. He was fast, professional, and personable. He was able to diagnose the blockage with his state of the art combination snake/video camera. The blockage was caused by old cast-iron pipe corroding and forming grabbing points for sewage. I really liked that the plumber loves his job and is good at it. My wife and I would definitely call these guys back again if we ever have drain problems again!

Had to have a new boiler after our old boiler broke down. My technician from Lincoln ran through all the options, ordered and fitted new boiler and new radiators.
