Ben, Charlie & Chris did a great job of my bathroom and at short notice too due to being let down by another contractor!

Ben and his team are the epitome of helpful professionals. Knowledgeable and forthright his advice is accurate timely . I had a dodgy shower pump that was diagnosed immediately. He managed to move me up his ‘repair’ list as my daughters were hitting town for Easter and I didn’t want the aggro of a non working shower from them

An excellent company to deal with. They responded promptly to the request for a quote and, when agreed, were very flexible in the timing of the works to fit around other trades. Both Ben and Chartlie arrived when they said they would, did a great job of overhauling the central heating and left the areas where they had been working clean and tidy. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Ben was first rate. Responded to a job request I sent via email on the day I sent it and was there the next day to cap off an old gas fire feed. He was prompt, friendly and we will certainly be using Serenity again. Highly recommended.

Having used these recently, I felt the need to write a review as the service was so good. They installed taps for us at a very reasonable rate and were available within a week. I thought we had an issue and they responded within a couple of hours (and it wasn't an error on my behalf). Brilliant service, lovely people and would recommend to all.

Highly recommend! Fantastic, friendly professional service. Delighted with new bathroom. Beautiful finish. Pleasure to do business with. They are always busy but they really are worth waiting for. I will only ever use them going forward for all our plumbing needs.
