My hot tap unit wasn’t heating fully and the company I purchased it from put me in touch with TCM for a repair. The unit was replaced as it couldn’t be repaired. Tom was punctual and polite. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending his services.

Contacted Tom of TMC after needing a replacement heater for a 3-in-1 tap. He gave me a decent price, turned up as promised and did the job. Whilst there he spotted that the auto-return on the boiling water tap wasn’t working so took that apart and repaired it for free. A few weeks later I contacted him as I now had a leak from the body of the tap (pure coincidence) and asked him to call back. Again he arrived as promised (proactive texts along the way) and replaced the whole tap - I was completely unaware that it had a 5 year warranty. Tom could very easily have charged me for the visit, parts etc but didn’t. Professional, competent and extremely honest - what more could you want?

Contacted Tom right at the beginning of lockdown as had issues with both my 4in1 tap and waste disposal. Tap was fixed on first visit with a replacement boiler and the waste disposal 7 days later after order a new one. Great service all round. Highly recommended

Tom was recommended to me so i called and he came back with a fixed price straight away. We agreed to the price and he was available next day. Arrived on time and carried out repairs in a very professional and prompt way. Tidied up very well and repair sorted in less than 90 minutes.

Tom arrived promptly and fixed the problem ( a leaking insinkerator tap) quickly. It now works better than it did when first installed. Tom was polite and friendly. I would recommend him.

Tom handled my issue quickly, arranged replacement parts right away and even fitted them late into the evening for me. Would highly recommend TMC Plumbing again.
