I first had the opportunity to use Ray's services a fortnight ago when my mother had a water leak which flooded her kitchen. Ray was really responsive, coming within a few hours and helping check the bathroom plumbing. I was so impressed by his attitude and professionalism I asked him to replace her ageing Gas combi boiler - which he did in a single day last week.
The boiler install was a little complicated (for reasons which were not immediately apparent at the start of the job), but Ray soldiered on and completed the install the same day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ray, and I will use him to service the boiler annually going forward.
