These guys prioritised my elderly mother who had a blocked sewer drain. Quick, highly professional and polite, they were the real deal and got the job done within an hour. Really impressed and worth every penny.

My elderly parent's drains became blocked so phoned the company to explain the situation. Spoke to a friendly lady, who explained pricing and times of arrival. She even phoned later in the day, just to let me know they were then on their way. The engineer came out and sorted the problem quickly. My father said 'he was a very nice man'! Great service and great price! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic! I phoned Norfolk Drains because I had been let down by another company and within the hour a lovely man arrived to assess my drain problem. He was so thorough and had the problem solved within the hour. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and was so reassuring and helpful.

Problem as not solved paid them £114 for a 40 min visit to advance me only on a problem which they “think” it is that is not even solvable according to them. Smells of the drains are awful and I out of pocket . So disappointing
